The atmosphere was one of utter chaos and confusion. People were desperate, emergency services overwhelmed, and there was a palpable sense of fear. From my vantage point, it was evident that there was no effective control over the situation. The security apparatus appeared fragmented, with various parties unable to coordinate effectively.
